Shipping

All shipping is done with Track and Trace using postal services. Your products are packed in appropriate boxes offering good protection. In case of damage in spite of our best efforts we require photographical evidence. The damaged parts will be replaced.

If a shipment is lost we will contact the courier. This may take some time. After the normal procedure is concluded you will either receive your delayed item or we will send you another one, depending on the outcome.

City council does not permit to have a store at our production location. That is why we can only offer shipping. We hope this will change in the future.

Production and stock

We hold no stock. As we are inclined to make individual changes to suit the needs of our customers it would not be wise to hold a stock. That means every order is produced on demand. And that means we need a bit of time before your order can be shipped. In low season this can be the same day or the following. When tide is high it can take a few days more.

Assembling

Most of our sturdy kits are fairly easy to assemble. The pictures on this site can help. We are in the proces of creating assembly instructions for each kit. But as said, in the proces, this takes time. In our catalogue is stated per product if instructions are provided and if assembly is easy, challenging or fubar, meaning it is for diehards only. But do not worry, if assembly does not work, let us know. We will fast-forward your projects instructions and send them asap.

Custom projects

What would your hometown look like if a battle took place in the streets? Or you want to replay operation "Jubilee" but for that you need the Casino building in Dieppe. No problem, these are the easy questions. In return we will ask you what range you have in mind (Sturdy, BOBW, LifeLike), and what footprint you aim for. And of course: "Will this be a partner-project or do you want exclusive ownership?" You will get an estimate for both. You pay in advance and we start the project taking all extra requirements into account like the possibility for placing models or enhancing specific typical features. Note: altering the design after the briefing may result in extra cost, so be elaborate in your brief.

Earn Royalties in your tabletop wargaming experience

In case you choose for your project to be a partnerproject you will earn royalties each time one of the kits you initiated is sold. This gives you the opportunity to get your kit for free! The payment of royalties stops from there on. But hey, that only means that you need to order another one to make the spoils of war start flowing again ;-)
